Delivery area
We ship within Thailand only — all 77 provinces, including Phuket, Koh Samui, and Krabi. Remote areas may have additional fees and longer transit times.
Carriers
We use Shippop as an aggregator and work with the major Thai carriers:

- Kerry Express
- J&T Express
- Thailand Post
We pick the most appropriate carrier for your route and weather.
Shipping fees
- ฿60 flat rate, anywhere in Thailand
- Free for orders ฿1,000 and over
The shipping fee is shown on the cart and checkout pages before you confirm.
Delivery time
- Order processing: 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed
- Transit:
- Bangkok metro: 1–2 business days
- Other provinces: 2–3 business days
- Remote / islands: 3–5 business days
Time starts from the day we hand the parcel to the carrier, not the day you order. Orders during Thai holidays and long weekends may be delayed.
Tracking
Once shipped, we send the tracking number via email and/or LINE. You can use it to follow the parcel directly on the carrier's site.
Storage
Our biltong and jerky are shelf-stable dried products — they do not need refrigeration before opening. After opening, store in an airtight container and consume within 14 days for best flavor.
Lost / stuck parcels
If your order doesn't arrive within the expected window + 3 business days, reach out at [email protected] or LINE @hellmeat. We'll trace with the carrier and make sure you receive your order.
Change of address
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. Address changes are only possible before we ship; once it's with the carrier, we can't change the destination.
