Hell Meat started with one idea: a snack can taste dangerous and still be clean. High protein, no sugar, no MSG — made from single-source Thai Brahman beef.
Why we started
We were tired of choosing between 'tastes great' and 'good for you.' Most protein snacks are loaded with sugar and MSG; most clean snacks are boring. So we made the thing we wanted to eat ourselves.
The result is biltong-style dried beef with serious heat and an ingredient list you can actually read — beef, spice, salt, chili. That's it.
