Welcome to Hell Meat. By accessing hellmeat.com (the "Website") or placing any order, you agree to these Terms in full. If you don't agree with any part, please don't use the Website.
1. Orders & Acceptance
Every order is an offer to purchase. Hell Meat reserves the right to accept or decline orders for reasons including out-of-stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. An order is accepted only when we confirm payment and dispatch.
2. Prices & Payment
All prices are in Thai Baht (THB) and include applicable taxes as displayed at checkout. Prices may change at any time prior to order confirmation. Accepted methods: PromptPay and credit/debit cards via Stripe (when active).
3. Shipping
We ship within Thailand only. See Shipping Policy for delivery times and fees.
4. Returns & Refunds
For food hygiene reasons we do not accept general returns, but we will issue a full refund if a product arrives damaged in transit, the wrong item is shipped, or it materially differs from the description. See Refund Policy for the process.
5. Intellectual Property
The "Hell Meat" / "เนื้อนรก" trademarks, logo, product photography, and all Website content are owned by the seller and protected by Thai copyright and trademark law. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
6. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate information on orders, not misuse the Website, not attempt unauthorised access, and to be of legal age (18+) or have parental consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Hell Meat's liability is limited to the value of the goods you purchased. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or damages from misuse of the product. If you have food allergies, please review the ingredient list before consuming.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on the Website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new version.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangkok.
